[c350ia] double posts to the email list

Possible reasons a person might be receiving double posts (from me in parti=
cular):
I occasionally "reply to all" which sends a message directly to the message=
originator as well as to the mail list
I occasionally will add whichever list the person has "excluded" to ensure =
that members who don't monitor both lists can still get the information and=
/or join in the discussion. The two lists I'm refering to are c350ia@catal=
ina350.net and the C350@list.sailnet.net

Don't know the solution. I always get doubles from eddiexlongo, but everyo=
ne else is just a single copy.
