[c350ia] The forums are up and running

Hi all,

I have gotten the forums up and running again. Go to the main web page  
and click on the forums link and book mark the altered link. This is  
necessary or your old link will just take you back to the old non- 
working forum.

I still have some adjustments to make and some modification files to  
install, but you should still be able to read and post.
