Here's probably a dumb question but here goes.

 

On our new-to-us 350, repairs are going well, and we hope to have her in the
water in a month or two.

 

Meanwhile, is there a specific purpose for the square storage space in the
center floor of the galley?  There is a cover I can pull up with what looks
to be a shallow plastic pan down there.  Can't help be curious if they had
anything special in mind for that area.
